AI consultancy · Software · Ongoing advisory

AI that gets implemented. And stays implemented.

Tranbez is an AI consultancy for operators. We look at how your business actually runs, design the AI solutions worth building, build them into the systems you already use, and stay on as the team that keeps them working.

01PositioningWhat Tranbez is, and isn't

Not an automation shop. Not a vendor. A partner who stays.

Most AI projects fail after the demo. Nobody owns the model once the consultants leave, the data drifts, and the team quietly goes back to spreadsheets. We built Tranbez around the part everyone else skips: what happens after launch.

01 — Consultancy

We tell you what not to build.

Before any code, we map your workflows, data, and constraints, then rank the opportunities by return and risk. Most of what we recommend is smaller and more boring than the pitch decks. It also works.

A 90-slide AI strategy deck → a ranked roadmap you can start on Monday.

02 — Software

We build it into what you already run.

Custom AI software and integrations, built into your CRM, dispatch, records, or billing systems. No new platform your team has to learn, no rip-and-replace. You own every line of code.

Another dashboard nobody opens → work that happens inside the tools your team already uses.

03 — Ongoing advisory

We stay, so it keeps working.

Models drift, vendors change pricing, your business changes. We monitor what we built, evaluate it against real outcomes, and keep advising you on what to do next. Fractional AI leadership, not a ticket queue.

Handover document and goodbye → a standing partner who knows your systems.

04How we workFour phases. The last one doesn't end.
Phase 01Map

Assess

We sit with your team, map how work actually moves, and audit the data you have. Then we rank every AI opportunity by return, risk, and readiness.

  • Workflow & systems map
  • Data readiness audit
  • Ranked opportunity list
  • 90-day roadmap
Phase 02Decide

Design

Architecture, model selection, data flows, security and compliance review. Decisions made with you, written down, and approved before we build.

  • Solution architecture
  • Build / buy recommendations
  • Security & compliance design
  • Success metrics
Phase 03Ship

Build

Working software, integrated into your systems, tested against real data, rolled out to real people. In increments, so value lands early.

  • Production software
  • Integrations
  • Evaluation suite
  • Team training
Phase 04Ongoing

Operate & Advise

We monitor, measure, and improve what's live. And we keep advising: what to do next, what to skip, what changed this month that matters to you.

  • Monitoring & evals
  • Monthly advisory review
  • Retraining & updates
  • New-opportunity scouting

05ComplianceRegulated work, done properly

Built for regulated work.

Healthcare, home health, insurance. Any work that touches protected data gets designed to a higher bar, from the first architecture diagram to the last log line.

Talk about compliance →

Tranbez designs and builds to HIPAA requirements and works under Business Associate Agreements. Compliance is a shared responsibility; we document exactly where our obligations end and yours begin.

HIPAA

HIPAA-compliant architecture

PHI stays inside controlled boundaries. Hosted models only under BAA, or private deployments where required.

BAA

Business Associate Agreements

We work under BAA and only use sub-processors who will sign one. No exceptions.

Access

Least privilege by default

Role-based access, scoped credentials, encryption in transit and at rest.

Audit

Full audit trail

Every AI action logged: what it read, what it wrote, who approved it.

Humans

Human in the loop

Clinical and financial decisions stay with people. AI drafts; your team decides.

Policy

AI usage policy & training

A written policy for your staff, vendor review checklists, and incident playbooks.

06PrinciplesHow we operate
01

Vendor-neutral, always.

We don't resell platforms or take referral fees. We recommend the models, cloud, and tools that fit your constraints, and we'll tell you when the answer is no AI at all.

02

You own the code.

Everything we build lives in your repositories and your accounts. If we part ways, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage.

03

Measured on outcomes.

Every project ships with a definition of success in your numbers: hours saved, response times, denial rates, revenue per tech. We report against them, monthly.

04

Boring is a feature.

The best AI in a business is often invisible: a field pre-filled, a call triaged, a document checked. We optimize for reliability over spectacle.

07QuestionsThe ones we hear first
We're not a tech company. Is AI realistic for us?

Yes, and you're our typical client. The companies with the most to gain from AI are operators with manual processes, not startups. We handle the technical side; you bring the knowledge of how your business actually works.

What does "ongoing advisory" actually include?

A standing monthly engagement. We monitor and evaluate the systems we built, fix drift, handle vendor and model updates, review new opportunities with you, and act as your AI leadership in the room when decisions come up.

You get the people who built it, not a help desk.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Almost never. We integrate with what you run: field service platforms, CRMs, accounting systems, EHR and home-health platforms, telephony, and plenty of legacy systems. Replacing software is a last resort, and we'll say so if it comes to that.

How do you handle patient or customer data?

Under a Business Associate Agreement where PHI is involved, with HIPAA-compliant architecture, encryption, least-privilege access, and full audit logs. We only use model providers who will sign a BAA, or we deploy privately.

How long before we see results?

The assessment usually surfaces quick wins that we ship in the first build increment, so there is something live and measurable early. Larger pieces follow in planned increments, each one usable on its own.

What does it cost?

Assessments are fixed-scope and fixed-price. Build projects are scoped after the assessment. Ongoing advisory is a monthly retainer sized to how much we're running for you. We'll give you real numbers after a first conversation.

Let's look at your systems.

A 30-minute call. You tell us how the business runs, we tell you honestly where AI would help and where it wouldn't. No deck, no pitch.
