When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, phone number if you provide it, industry, your message, and how you heard about us. Our web server also records standard technical logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which we use for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not use the contact form to build marketing lists and we do not send newsletters or automated follow-up sequences unless you explicitly ask for them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are delivered to our email through our hosting and email delivery providers under their standard terms. We may share information where required by law.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving the files.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communications. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@tranbez.com.

This policy covers this website only. The handling of client data, including any protected health information, is governed by the agreements we sign with each client, including Business Associate Agreements where applicable.
